- Pro Tier: Full access to all features including AI insights, advanced analytics, and premium content
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may change our prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

New users may be eligible for a 5-day free trial of paid subscription tiers. During the trial period, you will have access to all features of the selected tier at no charge.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
You may cancel your trial at any time during the 5-day period without being charged. Free trials are limited to one per customer and may not be combined with other offers.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Keystral within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.
